This song is NOT about rape! It's NOT about trying to drug or force a woman to do anything!!!
First of all, it was written in 1944. A very different time socially in the world.
Secondly, read/listen to the lyrics! She is saying she needs to go home because her parents/brother/sister/aunt will all be worried/suspicious. She is worried about the neighbors talking. She keeps finding excuses to stay (maybe another drink/cigarette). She doesn't really want to leave his company but convention says she should.
When she says "Hey what's in this drink?", I don't think it's meant that he drugged her or anything...it is (IMHO) merely another excuse to stay.
According to Wikipedia: "There is also the line "Hey, what's in this drink", which is seen as implicative of alcohol affecting the woman's judgement or that she has been drugged. However, many movies, at the time the song was written, used a similar line to refer to someone behaving in a different manner than they expected and blaming it on the alcohol."
